Overseas Korean

Overseas Korean can acquire a Domestic Residence Card. According to the Oversea Korean Act, overseas Koreans who have reported domestic residence shall have the same right as native Koreans with regard to departure and entry, length of stay , real estate transaction, financial transaction, foreign exchange transaction, medical insurance and national pension plan.
